SPD manages custom residential projects that are smaller than typical Moroso projects, while still offering the same level of project management, site supervision and personal attention. SPD Service & Warranty
SPD’s maintenance and caretaking services uphold the finish, function and performance of residences built by Moroso. Led by a career craftsman and managed by an experienced Superintendent, SPD caretaking includes the routine service of systems and features, warranty work, proactive seasonal projects, elective upgrades and special installations.

Erika brings deep knowledge of the design and building process and a focus on personalized client service to her leadership of SPD. As a licensed architect, her ability to translate design language into construction reality is especially advantageous to both owners and collaborators. She loves being immersed in the details of how spaces get built, always with an eye toward realizing the design intent and client’s aspirations.

Jeremy is a master craftsman, creative problem-solver and detail-oriented standard bearer with a focus on attending to the smallest minutia to ensure that SPD’s clients’ homes are in optimal condition.
