Deeply committed to successful outcomes for Moroso’s clients, Justine is highly regarded for her skilled management of demanding custom work. Her clarity in guiding the project development process and innate ability to foster strong team relationships are significant assets to Moroso projects.
Justine’s expertise covers the big picture and the details, drawing from decades of experience in project management and estimating for architecturally significant residences, boutique commercial build-outs and phase one of the SF airport expansion. She joined Moroso in 2007.
Justine is a mentor and advocate for women in construction, architecture, engineering and design, and co-founder of SheBuilds SF. She was named by SF Business Times as one of the Most Influential Women in Business 2022.
Ron Bond, CEO
Ron’s leadership in creating buildings of the highest quality is an invaluable resource to Moroso’s clients, collaborators, colleagues, team and project partners.
Gifted with the ability to guide projects from preconstruction through construction to finish on a clear, decisive path, Ron can quickly ascertain and resolve the best way to realize design details and address site conditions.
His intricate knowledge of building methods and techniques, and his focus and drive, draws from extensive experience in both the field and project management over the course of his career.
Ron has established and upheld Moroso’s standards for tightly organized, efficiently run projects and excellence in jobsite supervision since co-founding the company with Jeff Moroso in 1992.
