Deeply committed to successful outcomes for Moroso’s clients, Justine is highly regarded in the construction industry for her skilled management of demanding custom work. Her clarity in guiding the project development process and innate ability to foster strong team relationships are significant assets to Moroso projects.
Justine’s expertise covers the big picture and the details, drawing from decades of experience in project management and estimating for architecturally significant residences, boutique commercial build-outs and work on phase one of the SF airport expansion. She joined Moroso in 2007.
Justine is a mentor and advocate for women in construction, architecture, engineering and design. She is co-founder of SheBuilds SF and serves on the Board of Rebuilding Together SF, and was named by SF Business Times as one of the Most Influential Women in Business 2022.
Ron Bond, CEO
Ron’s focus, drive and intricate knowledge of construction methods and techniques is an invaluable resource to Moroso’s clients, project partners, colleagues, staff and trades.
He establishes and upholds Moroso’s standards for tightly organized, efficiently run projects and excellence in jobsite supervision—with a resolve to create buildings of the highest quality.
Gifted with the ability to lead project teams on a clear, decisive path, Ron can quickly ascertain the best way to build a design or solve a problem.
Ron co-founded Moroso Construction with Jeff Moroso in 1992, informed by his extensive experience in the field as a Project Manager and Superintendent.
